The Planning & Execution Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for production control & logistics across a specific focus area within the company. In this role, you will own fulfillment & logistics as your focus area as well as the salient KPIs. You will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to production scheduling.

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive a culture of rigor and daily problem-solving around planning, scheduling processes, and execution across the supply chain network to achieve the target for parts On-Time Delivery,Create & maintain the master production schedule in a way that meets customer needs, business goals, and maximizes supply chain velocity,Drive improvements in production planning and scheduling of the factory which adheres to lean manufacturing and supply chain principles to improve the status quo,Lead coordination with the global optimization team to ensure incoming demand arrived on time,Collaborates with other functional teams to ensure requirements are met (including quality, cost, scope & cycle),Work closely with the Cell Leader to provide periodic fulfilment estimates to the business,Create & maintain planning for shared equipments within the factory to achieve goals in asset utilization and process improvement,Work collaboratively with materials manager and warehouse team to support materials forecast accuracy,Provide leadership and coaching for logistics analyst, monitoring their performance on aspects such as attendance, self-audits, disciplinary, efficiency, etc.,Drive improvements on logistics & customs compliance pertaining hardware flow throughout the factory,Maintain relationships and engagement with customs official,Strategize methods and rigors for customs internal audit,Co-lead external customs audit performed by the government with the global customs organization as well as collaborating with different functions,Collaborate with different functions such as IT, sourcing, finance, warehouse, material planning, operations and maintenance to drive systemic improvement on customs compliance,Engaging in Lean Initiatives and AWO (Action Work Out).
Required Qualifications
A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Management, Logistics from a local or internationally reputable universityAround 5-years work experience on operational planning and customs capacity in relevant industry, with leadership experience in operational functions are preferredExperienced in planning & scheduling in operational functionsPossessed broad knowledge of Indonesian customs program (e.g. Bonded Zone) is a mustCertification of Ahli Kepabeanan is a huge advantageExperienced in leading teams and delivering business results.At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus, andWilling to stay in Bandung.
