Position Summary
The S&OE Planner as the subject matter expert on end-to-end planning within the short-term S&OE horizon (0-13 weeks). The goal of the S&OE team is to successfully translate the monthly S&OP depletions, billings and shipment plans for all of the Beer Division into executable activities to drive high customer service levels, while mitigating non-optimal spend. The S&OE Planner will accomplish this by identifying short-term exceptions that could cause deviations from the plan utilizing latest technology for real-time data visibility and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement mitigative actions. This position requires strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to be an agile driver of change.
Responsibilities
Utilize AI and real-time data to perform sku-level demand sensing activities and adjust near-term forecasts accordingly.Analyze Distributor/CBI Inventory & Demand data to identify, mitigating risks & optimizing opportunities to current S&OP plan thru a variety of actions.Work with production scheduling/MPS team to make feasible production plan adjustments when demand or projected inventory exceptions suggest production changes are needed in the 13-week horizon.Collaborate with Deployment team on optimization of weekly shipment plans.Set monthly and weekly executional billings plan to be provide to fulfillment teams (Distributor Strategy, Customer Management, Transportation)Review past looking OTIF performance to identify trends and initiate root cause analysis investigations.Analyze reporting for inventory that is at-risk for obsolescence and take risk mitigating actions to reduce organization cost impact.Closely manage NPI activities throughout launch year to best support optimal route to market, successfully supporting their launch.Drives supporting activities to S&OE weekly governance, heavily influencing cross functional teams for candid discussions and prompt decision making.Monitor and Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to S&OE
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Supply Chain role.Previous Experience with Supply Chain planning systems (O9, SAP, JDA,, etc.)Must have excellent quantitative and qualitative skills to consolidate and analyze large volumes of data, with the ability to translate information for all areas of the business.Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills required.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customers.Make decisions independently and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues. Mediate issues that arise and drive planning and data gathering meetings to successful resolutions.Must have a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
CPG Experience, specific to the beverage alcohol industryEnd to End Supply Chain experience (i.e. Demand Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, Customer Mgt)APICS and/or IBF CertificationExperience with O9 and/or PowerBI
Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The salary range for this role is:
$76,800.00 - $115,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
