The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a dough-twirling kitchen talent who is creative and highly motivated to support our kitchen team in the realization of our great pizzas. The spectrum ranges from modern Italian cuisine to huge banquets, meetings and events. Your skills will delight our guests every day anew.

What your responsibilities are...

You are responsible for preparing a great pizza dough

You top the various pizzas and come up with your own creative ideas

You support the kitchen team with any tasks that arise

You prepare your mise en place

You always adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations

You enjoy expanding your knowledge and learning new techniques

You regularly give feedback and ideas to your supervisors

You work closely with the service team during the shift

You are jointly responsible for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with HAACP guidelines

As a true team player, you enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help others

You already have first experiences in the professional kitchens of this world and as a pizza cook

Your creativity and enthusiasm for implementation is accompanied by your professionalism and your structure-conscious way of working.
