Position Summary:
Manages provider recruitment projects to maintain and enhance provider and hospital relations for McLaren Medical Group and McLaren Healthcare. Targets search priorities to align with community need, MMG strategic initiatives, succession planning and needs of physician practices. Provider recruiters will actively design and implement recruitment and retention programs targeting McLaren residency and fellowship programs.

Manage provider recruitment projects to maintain and enhance provider/hospital relations for McLaren Medical Group.
Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with McLaren Graduate Medical Education resident physician community.
Maintain and update annually and as required McLaren Medical Group Community needs assessment for physician services and associated business plan. Targets search priorities to align with community need, McLaren Medical Group strategic initiatives, succession planning, and needs of physician practices.
Participate in position development and approval.
Required:
Knowledge of physician recruitment normally acquired by completing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in order to manage physician recruitment projects, target search priorities, and develop positive and collaborative relationships with the physician community.
A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in healthcare, human resources or provider recruitment.
