Overview St. Joseph Hospital, located in Bethpage NY, is a not-for-profit full service, 203-bed, community hospital that plays a paramount role in its communities. Job Details Responsibilities: Providing patient initial evaluations, re-assessments and treatments. Development of an individualized plan of care and goals. Requires proper charting and documentation. Provide education to patients, families and other staff working with their patients. Must utilize service excellence standards when interacting with patients, families, external customers and other hospital staff. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. NYS Physical Therapy License and registration required. Minimum 1 year clinical experience required. Competency in physical therapy; excellent communication skills. Salary Range USD $62.00 - USD $69.13 /Yr.
