Job Summary
Manages security processes for sites/countries and develops recommendations and plans. Leads projects and oversees multiple data center Operation Security & Compliance.
What you will be doing
Processes
Manages physical security and business continuity process rollouts for sites/countries in scopeWill manage cross-functional process rolloutsDevelops and defines security and business processes in the data center and recommends/proposes solutions for systematic process-related problems (e.g., security incident process)
Project Management
Leads process improvement projectsManages multiple tasks within cross-functional projectsSupports and provides input/guidance on design engineering and project planning on new and expansion of data centers
Support to Data Center
Analyzes key performance indicators and data to develop recommendations and plans for senior managementWill oversee multiple data center' Operations Security & Compliance
Compliance and Audit Support
Performs internal audits and supports external auditsSupports and attends customer audits, RFPs and RFIsLiaises with regional/country compliance resources for standard process implementation across the regionSupports regional data privacy officer on queries and implementations
Data Management
Leads and rectifies the data for errors and ensures that stakeholders receive correct information
Training
Contributes to identifying and developing training programsResponsible for training programsMonitors training plans and performance to ensure that plans are on track and performance is met, with regular reviewDevelops industry knowledge and may provide recommendations for the team
People Management
Manages the teams and develops and motivates team membersManages team to work effectively and manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and development
What we'll expect from you
Bachelor's degree
Solid experience in the area of property security for large companies or industries
Knowledge of access control systems (CFTV) and Compliance
Advanced English required
Spanish intermediary required
Strong leadership and people management skills
Customer and contract management skills
