Job Summary
The Physical Security Enablement Analyst resolves moderate security projects, develops skills and expertise to resolve security enablement processes and alignment within the Data Center.
Responsibilities
Processes
Resolves the rollout of information security processes across sitesUses developing skills in reviewing physical security processes (e.g., access card key management process) within the site and finds opportunities for process improvement; may support process solutions
Project Management
Responsible for the coordination and completion of security projects, sets timelines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projectAssists in the planning and coordination of project scheduling, budgeting, administrative tasks, and facilitates and conducts meetings, records meeting minutes/action items, and performs follow-up, while using developing expertiseResearches and analyzes data to evaluate moderate operational difficulties, may make recommendations to solve problems, identifies, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity, and manage lists, libraries and related workflow
Data Center Enablement
Tracks key performance indicators for physical security and business continuityProvides day-to-day moderate support physical security issues to the Data Center Operations Security teams
Training
Coordinates and schedules security training across all sitesSupports the development of training materialsMay conduct security training (for more experienced members)
Systems Support
Develops hands-on knowledge of security systems to resolve issuesProvides security systems support and directs moderate installations and configurations for Data Center OperationsPerforms the Single Point of Failure (SPOF) and End of Life (EOL) reviews, including site physicals, assessments for resolving moderate issues
Design Engineering
Implements existing design methods and standards for new Data Center design engineering effortsMay recommend alterations to design, development, implementation and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficienciesShadows manager or peers on initial drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Management, Business, or a related field preferred3+ years of relevant experience preferredCertification with a major security system manufacturer preferred
