Seeking Phlebotomists in Sarasota, FL!Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist for a bustling outpatient facility in downtown Sarasota. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing 25-50 blood draws daily, expertly handling all types of needles, and preparing blood samples for testing. Work hours will vary between 7:45 am-5:00 pm or 8:30 am-5:30 pm schedules, with an hour lunch break. While the schedule is not selectable, efforts will be made to accommodate specific availability.
This role focuses on drawing blood and does not include rooming patients. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, seeing up to 50 patients per day, and be willing to work within an oncology setting that involves interaction with patients who may be terminally ill.

Work Environment:
The role is situated in an outpatient cancer facility with 100 employees in total, operating Monday through Friday with two potential shifts, each including an hour lunch break.
