Responsibilities
About this opportunity:
The Certified Pharmacy Technician assists pharmacists in the manufacture packaging and distribution of medications and intravenous solutions; maintains records on drugs ordered by physicians; inventories receives unpacks and stores pharmaceutical items; demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served; and performs other related work as required. Provides primary customer service in a variety of settings and may perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum of twelve months of training and/or experience under a registered pharmacist in the manufacture packaging distribution and filling of physicians medication orders in a hospital setting. .
Must possess a valid current certificate as a Board of Pharmacy State of California Pharmacy Technician.

Pay Range
$29.42 - $36.78 /hour
