ADM Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, copying/scanning/and managing fax queue, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff. This position supports executives at the SLT level and below
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 6547 S. Racine Circle, Suite 300 Centennial, CO 80111
We offer 2 days of onboarding and on the job training. The hours during training will be 8:30am - 5:00 PM MST. Training will be conducted in person.
Primary Responsibilities:
Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day. Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests. Solves routine problems on own. Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines. Works with others as part of a team. Work on projects as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED and/or equivalent experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work onsite full-time Reside within 30 miles away from 6547 S. Racine Circle, Suite 300 Centennial, CO 80111 Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Administrative experience Previous experience with Microsoft office suite Previous experience working in a pharmacy environment
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage multiple phone calls at once without compromising quality of customer service
Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $16.00 - $31.44 per hour.
