　　As part of the Information Technology & Services team within PGIM Private Capital (PPC), we support PPC with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting. We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a business analyst role on this team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Your ability to apply business systems analysis knowledge to improve and increase the success of the business by working with both the business process end users and technical teams will help keep our competitive edge. 　　Utilize knowledge of business analysis concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to support business initiatives and system enhancementsWork with end users and technical teams responsible for building, modifying and maintaining the systems that support the businessPossess a reasonable understanding of the Business Analysis disciplineDocument business requirements and functional and technical specificationsCreate process flows and conduct gap analysis for current state vs future stateMay seek guidance from more Senior Business Systems Analysts on input regarding system design proposals and in how to communicate the reasoning and decisions on system design to Business StakeholdersHave sufficient understanding of asset management to support business users' needsKeep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends that impact the business to continue to improve efficienciesResponsible for understanding technology impact on the business processesUnderstand the software delivery processes, with emphasis on change, risk, scope and communication management in lieu of the impact of the same on the overall project

　　Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on asset management or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in business analysis supporting a technical team in asset management

　　Salary Range Disclosure

　　Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $90,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
