Job Summary:
The Sr. Platform Solution Manager will be responsible for identifying and analyzing BU needs on digital product solutions, integrating and upgrading local digital tools and platforms, providing digital innovative approaches to enable GTM transformation and improve HCP interaction experience in digital channels, thus achieving target - partner of choice for HCP.
Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation, with Business Units, Channel Enablement Team, Digital Client Partners, Compliance, etc. and external experts in internet and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Innovative GTM Pilot Directors and engage with BU Digital Leads, understand companywide and BU level innovative GTM strategies and models, collect needs from multiple stakeholders and parties, identify opportunities for integrating and upgrading digital tools and platform which better engage HCPs, patients and third-parties;Manage and analyze business needs, transform business language into digital product requirement analysis, contribute innovative ideas to design and establish digital platform that support innovative ecosystem and GTM transformation to meet business demand and Pfizer global standards;Provide innovative solutions to upgrade the functions and integrate current digital platforms and tools like Wechat to improve user interaction experience;Align with BU team on digital platform's operational strategy & tactics, with integrated and aligned cross function efforts for achieving user growth & activation targetsIn collaboration with internal digital related supporting functions to ensure the timely delivery of digital products;Introduce latest best digital platform practice in market and identify new opportunities to optimize innovative solutions;Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to guide high level decisions affecting digital product development, innovative business model and current business digital practice;Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld while performing all Company business and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards, at all times, to maintain the excellent reputation of Pfizer PBG within the marketplace
Education and Experience:
At least 7-10 years of digital product design experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry3 years+ Internet industry and technical development experience is preferred2 years+ HCP platform management & operation experience is preferredDemonstrated strength in product requirements analysisSharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spiritAbility to manage multiple projects and timeframes in complex organizational structureAble to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and easeExperience working with agencies/vendorsStrong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don't ariseActs decisively in complex and fast-moving environmentBachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
