Looking for a personal training manager who will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for assisting the managing partner with daily club operations and directly managing a team of personal trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal TrainersAssist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team membersMeet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the clubCoach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clientsConduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving individual and company goalsAdminister and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clientsAbility to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the teamEnsure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to, dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress trackingMaintain accurate reporting and data for insights into performance of the department Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs and organizational prioritiesProvide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hoursReport to the General Manager and Director of Fitness on key results and action plansMaintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrityMaintain accurate and up-to-date certification/CPR records of all personal training staffRequired Skills and Experience
1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer preferredExperience executing plans and managing KPIs requiredExperience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferredMust have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer Health Fitness Specialist American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) Personal Fitness Trainer Certification National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) Personal Trainer Certification National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation) Certified Personal Trainer Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walkingEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required Bachelor degree preferred
Compensation (Salary)
$35,00 - $42,000 base salary + Bonus and CommissionsApproximately $59,000 -$84,000 annual on target earningsBenefits
