This position is located in San Antonio, TX at our downtown office. After an onboarding period, a hybrid (3 days office, 2 days work from home) is available.

We are the perfect fit if you: Have a desire to help others protect their future Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the business Believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others Are focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise Are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business Job Duties: Manages a book of personal line insurance business focused on affluent clients, while acting with a degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making. Prepares annual review reports and conducts client meetings to review the insurance program and make appropriate recommendations for improvements. Works closely with sales producer and other HUB team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to HUB's best practices and standard procedures. Oversees the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts. Acquires understanding of clients' insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability. Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues. May also negotiate with underwriters and carriers. Troubleshoots claims and billing issues. Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contributes to meeting departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. Qualifications: Experience and demonstrated proficiency in an insurance Account Management role, working with large Personal Lines accounts, high net worth insurance carriers, and affluent clients Experience working with farm & ranch accounts and middle market accounts helpful Excellent oral and written communications skills. Superior customer service and problem solving skills. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems (Vertafore AMS360 or EPIC preferred) Ability to work in a team environment, within a service team and with sales producers High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Holds current Texas General Lines P&C license Department Account Management & Service
