JL5 Required Skills
5 years of experience in performance testing.
Agile or Waterfall working hands on knowledge
Extensive knowledge of software testing life cycles and different testing methods
Understanding of system architecture
Performance test scripting and debugging
Performance testing tools (LoadRunner or JMeter)
Test management tools
Performance testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools
Knowledge of tools like: Splunk, Dynatrace

Knowledge of SQL concepts
Responsibilities
Gather non-functional requirements
Develop test plans and strategies for performance testing
Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability
Define scope of work
Define SLA transaction response times and/or durations
Define SLA server side KPIs
Define the KPIs that need to be monitored during testing
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
Generate performance analysis / test summary reports for management review
Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
