Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is seeking a PeopleSoft Specialist to support their team that oversees PeopleSoft FSCM/FMS, HCM, CRM, Campus Solutions, and Kronos applications, productions and non-production databases, along with integrating new 3rd party systems. This position is in Administrative Information Systems, which maintains, improves and creates long-term technical solutions for Business Systems. This support includes but not limited to; development, implementations, upgrades, and testing. This includes being responsible for providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more Oracle delivered features, work flow, and custom information technology solutions. This individual most have proficiency with ERP system implementation experience for Oracle, or ERP systems (HR, Finance, Students); Interface writing; Cloud implementation experience; SQL coding or PeopleCode writing. This role is 100% remote.
Skills and Requirements
7+ years working with PeopleSoft solutions in the HCM, FMS, SCM or FSCM modules
5+ years of SQL proficiency, writing and reading SQL code
Strong communication and analytical business skills (reading and evaluating technical documentation specs)
Demonstrated experience in an ERP implementation (Preferred systems include Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, FMS, Campus Solutions, and integrations to Oracle Taleo Cloud environments)
PeopleSoft upgrade experience (Preferably to version 9.2 with PUM upgrades)
Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing interfaces
Experience with cloud or hosted solution implementations Strong experience with PeopleCode writing
Oracle certification
Previous experience in providing enterprise consulting services null
