　　Key Responsibilities

　　PeopleSoft HCM experience in Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Core HR including aligning business requirements with technical functionality.In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor rules, table structure and Time Admin processing to effectively manage and resolve rule inconsistencies and incorrect calculations.Troubleshoots all payroll technical issues independently, partnering with the PeopleSoft technical team as needed.Intermediate to expert level SQL knowledgePrevious experience with PeopleSoft HCM system HR/Payroll integration.Knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, App Engines, and SQL updates.Ability to adapt well to changing requirements and deadlinesAbility to translate complex business processes into technical requirementsAbility to translate complex technical details into everyday languageMust have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
