　　This is a hybrid position located in Varna, Bulgaria.

　　The People Solutions team is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle operations for the Human Resources team globally. The focus for this team is to provide great employee experience from an operational perspective. This position is responsible for the completion of the day to day HR related tasks through various HR portals and system like UKG pro and Service Now.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Carry out day to day operational HR tasks across the employee life cycle - onboarding to offboarding and support on-going employee requests such as verifications, letters etc.

　　• Answer employee's questions through ServiceNow or in person (first level / first HR point of contact)

　　• Provide People Solutions specific support to the regional HR team for project.

　　• Interact with internal and external customers with a customer service-oriented approach.

　　• Support global HR program initiatives with ability to coordinate events.

　　• Work collaboratively with the global People Solutions team

　　Qualifications

　　• 1+ years of experience working in the HR function. Interest and passion to develop a career within Human Resources

　　• A self-starter with solid organizational skills

　　• An effective communicator with a focus on great customer service

　　• Fluent in English and Bulgarian

　　• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

　　• Prior experience of working in a case management tool, HRMS tool
