DESCRIPTION
As a People Partner, you provide professional People Advisory services to People Leaders and Employees of assigned organizational units in Hungary and play a key role in driving continued growth through people programs and process to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
The People Partner represents the People function and engages with unit heads and people leaders linking the business and people agenda. You build strong relationship, advise and coach leaders and employees based on extensive professional expertise.
You set high standards and commitment to continuous improvement. You drive for positive change and demonstrate professional efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. You manage multiple tasks with competing priorities without losing sight for the overall goal. This includes also handling of complex nonstandard situations in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Establish close cooperation and communication between business functions, engineering, management in ways which motivate people to work in EPAM, drive achievement of business targets in order to sustain customer satisfaction and employee engagement as well
Build and maintain influential partnership with line managers on to ensure that people management solutions properly support current and future business needs
Take initiative and contribute to developing new or change current processes and managing moderately complex projects
Develop and maintain close and positive relationships with employees. Facilitate an ongoing dialogue, invite their input and feedback, conduct surveys, analyze feedback from various sources, and support implement actions that can enhance employee engagement and retention
Provide consultancy and support on People Management processes, programs to all stakeholders to have real impact on our overall business success
Coaching line managers regarding their leadership role and their people and team management skills and competences
Create environment where diverse and motivated employees have opportunity to perform, develop their talent and skills and contribute to company success
Strong cooperation with People Operations, L&D, Talent Acquisition, RD (Education org.), Finance, Marketing, Office Management, Legal, Compliance teams
Monitor the effectiveness and success of People Management programs and processes
Develop and mentor People Operations Specialists
Other people management related tasks based on business needs (defined priority) and preliminary agreement with managers
WHAT YOU HAVE
Skills and Competencies
Have significant experience working closely and engaging with senior stakeholders to share and drive HR policies that make positive impact
Good business acumen, developed consulting skills, project management, negotiation and team-working skills
Capable to engage with different types of stakeholders with various personality profiles – from creative through to analytical
Proactive, open-minded

Ability to work collaboratively in teams and to work individually too

Skills to communicate clearly and concisely
Fluent English knowledge
Skill to plan work in order to meet the estimated deadlines
Expert specialist knowledge and understanding of most HR business domain area, and confirmed abilities to apply those
Proven experience working across Employee relations
Quick to learn, systematize, retain, and re-apply business knowledge
Knowledge of HR best practices, HR and People Management domain areas and employment law
Expected Qualifications, Degrees
Specialized B.sc. or M.sc and equivalent or equivalent experience
Professional Experiences
At least 6-8 years relevant general practice in the field of Human Resource Management / People Management, with at least 3-5 years in generalist or HRBP advisory role
Proofed understanding and correct use of HR administrative and people management related responsibilities and processes in everyday work
Digital native level use of computer skills and advanced user knowledge of the general office applications
