About the role:
We are a team dedicated to supporting the employee and deliver a positive and seamless experience that supports the whole employee lifecycle. As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Operations team as we build and scale our function to the next level. You will partner with People Operations senior team members to help implement and execute our people processes, systems, policies, and programs.

In this role, you will:
Serve as go-to team member by providing day-to-day support for employees for all HR inquiries and requests via Workday, Slack, and Zendesk. Serve as employee support for company policies and programs, and personal data inquiries. Manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday: FTE and Contractor onboarding, job changes, annual compensation processes, bonus payments, benefits enrollment, and offboarding. Ensure all appropriate steps are followed and approvals are received. Prepare, upload, and audit Workday data loads as needed. Assist in data audits, compliance audits and filings, payroll processing, and benefits Tier 1 support. Partner with People Operations team members in documenting team processes, “how-to” guides for company intranet resources, communications or training materials for process enhancements and updates. Partner with People Technology to test, audit, and maintain data integrity and provide feedback where enhancements can be made Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiencies of the People department Accurately track and respond to incoming People Operations requests and questions via Zendesk within required SLA timeframes. Minimum requirements for the role:
2 years experience in HR/People team for fast-growing, global company Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Experience in supporting people processes in an HRIS for the employee lifecycle Experience maintaining and auditing processes for data accuracy Experience supporting HR compliance and processes on a global scale Strong attention to detail, customer service presence, and organizational skills Able to build and maintain cross functional relationships and partner closely with groups such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, or Legal Fluency in spoken and written English An ideal candidate also has:
