We are a well-established, privately held company with expertise in the design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, and erection of custom facade systems, providing complete design-build services to the construction marketplace. POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role you will be a part of our People & Culture team that supports work across Enclos' multiple business units. Our focus is people centered and culture driven. You will work as a Generalist supporting managers with the various aspects of supporting the business, which includes recruitment, benefits administration, employee/management support and initiatives to support the business. Partner with leadership to support and drive our LEAD employee development program, which supports our employee's entire career journey. Lastly, collaborate with the entire P&C team as needed to ensure the highest level of customer support to the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIITIES
Partner with management across the organization to understand talent needs in accordance with business initiatives and plan objectives. Ensure that talent resources are being identified and developed in a timely manner to meet business resource needs.
Identify avenues to proactively attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent within our unique position as a specialty contractor. Create strategies that enhance our ability to develop and retain a highly motivated, creative, diverse, and effective workforce.
Partner with leadership to ensure that employees, career coaches and managers have access to appropriate resources to assist with people development that aligns with our LEAD philosophy.
Provide general Benefits Administration for new and existing employees. Must be able to understand Enclos benefits and provide basic customer support to employees.
Support HR department initiatives and provide generalist duties as needed. Including employee relations and HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or closely related field or equivalent combination of training experience.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in recruitment, generalist, or administrative support.
Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures.
