Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

　　Experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Human Resource Generalist. Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.

　　Preferred qualifications: Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.

　　Experience coaching and mentoring others.

　　Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.

　　Excellent consulting skills.

　　Effective communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.

　　Client-service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

　　As a People Consultant, you will work directly with Googlers, People Partners, and other People Operations teams to provide personalized guidance, support, and solutions on a breadth of People Operations related activities requiring expertise and depth across multiple organizations and specialties. You will focus on Googlers' experiences, provide timely responses, share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members, and balance individual needs with our philosophy, principles, and available resources.

　　Responsibilities

　　Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of Human Resource (HR) topics aligned to the People Operations Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and navigating transitions.

　　Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, product area, or market via dynamic consultations.

　　Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable, and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more executive leaders when needed.

　　Identify key business, product, or market areas and People Operations stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.

　　Develop comprehensive knowledge of local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, Google-wide HR policies, and the People Operations Menu of Services to effectively service Googlers, managers, and leaders.
