  The People Business Partner/Advisor will play a crucial role as apeople partner to the business stakeholders, work on people strategies with thebusiness unit that emerge from their objectives. You will partner withfunctional business teams, to establish and implement people programs/initiativesdriven by data and analysis. This role is Pune, India and will report to thelead of the Business Partnership team. This is an individual contributorrole Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation,presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving

  In this role you will....

  Model Cornerstone's core values and infuse them in all Talent program, projects and individual and team action through employee first approachPromote an inclusive environment in which people are valued for their differences and treated with respect.Provide clear and transparent guidance to empower people related decisions that drive our business forwardProvide counsel, advice, and resolution on employee relations issues in a thorough, timely and objective manner.Leads and manages various talent management programs as required in the likes of performance management, compliance, reporting, DEI and engagement surveys.Attends and participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with company policies, procedures and local employment laws and regulations while recommending best practices.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionActs as an important contributor to the employee lifecycle be it onboarding, performance cycle, exit interviews and more.

  Other special projects or duties as assigned.Consideration of privacy and security obligations.

  You've got what it takes if you have...

  3-5 years of overall experience (includes general people/HR administration kind of related roles including partnering with stakeholders, generalist experience, performance and engagement of employees related experiences) Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience. Ability to plan and execute people related plans in partnership with the stakeholders Working in collaboration with other functions in HR and cross functions outside of HR Contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Strong planning and execution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excel and PowerPoint skills to be able to manage the groundwork by self and be able to support the leadership in the talent as well as business teams
