You've got what it takes if you have...
6-8 years of experience in general people/HR related roles including partnering with stakeholders, generalist experience, HR platforms' experience, performance and engagement of employees related experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan and execute people related plans in partnership with the stakeholders Working in collaboration with other functions in HR and cross functions outside of HR Contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Strong planning and execution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excel and PowerPoint skills to be able to manage the groundwork by self and be able to support the senior leadership in the talent as well as business teams
