About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a People Analytics Strategic Consulting Lead. You will design and deliver meaningful insights, analysis and impact for HR leadership through consulting engagements. You are a natural storyteller and effective presenter. You bring strong analytical capabilities and executive-level communication skills to help leaders interpret the data, make data-driven decisions, and improve the effectiveness of their HR and human capital strategies.
You will build alignment to develop and implement high-priority, impactful solutions in iterative ways. You will be a leader and hands on with raising data literacy within the function and supporting and advocating for our team and our clients.
In this role, you will:Build strategic partnerships with HR leadership in support of data-driven decision making and to advance human capital strategies for the enterprise.Strategize, plan and lead on analytics deliverables that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk as part of a geographically distributed team operating in an agile framework.Execute on the full lifecycle of executive requests: consulting, relationship management, strategic analytical approach, risk management, documentation, and presentation.Guide and consult leaders on advanced analyses that cross multiple HR domains, including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and DE&I.Navigate multiple data sources and reporting tools and products to perform analysis and deliver insights.Proactively manage data gaps and accuracy through rigorous attention to detail and validation.Follow designated controls and processes to ensure adherence to relevant risk management, legal and compliance expectations and requirements.Work across multiple efforts in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and competing priorities.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Excellent communication skills with experience synthesizing findings into actionable insights and impactful presentations for senior leaders and their teams.Business mindset with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills4+ years' experience both influencing and leveraging BI products and tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc. for analysis, insight generation and consulting engagementsExperience with WorkdayAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important; ability to influenceExperience developing and implementing processes, procedures or controls that reduce or mitigate risk.Excellent written and oral communication skillsJob Expectations:
