Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program or product management, change management, management consulting, business intelligence, or people analytics
2 years of experience in people management
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in operations planning
Experience implementing enterprise-wide reporting or analytics platforms, solutions, and/or service lines
Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences
Ability to manage global projects, multiple timelines, and initiatives across a distributed set of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional people, verbal and written communications skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Bias towards collaboration and openness to feedback
Within People Analytics, the Scaled Insights team will build unified solutions to translate and deliver research, reporting and insights, at scale. This empowers Google’s Business Leaders, Managers, People Partners and other key users with simple and integrated access to descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis/insights to better understand their organizations and drive people strategy.

Manage a team responsible for executing the people analytics product vision of delivering unified scaled people insights solutions for Business Leaders, Managers, People Partners, and other critical user groups.
Own key relationships, particularly with members of Business Intelligence, HR domain experts, and people program owners to drive building of actionable and insight-oriented solutions.
Contribute to project scoping, manage portfolio priorities, and allocate resources within the portfolio, informing and escalating appropriately when external factors impact execution.
Drive operationalization of consistent design paradigms, data modeling standards, go-to-market plans, customer intake workflows. Lead teammates in deliverables and help your team fully land launches of data products, navigating testing, approvals, access, roll-out, training, or user feedback as needed.
Oversee implementation of consistent standards and taxonomies, to simplify the architecture for scaled insights, and enable AI-enriched people data experience.
