About PEGA Business Analyst - 100% remote

  The Pega Business Analyst is responsible to improve process effectiveness and efficiency through Pega solutions that accelerate Healthfirst's strategic operational objectives and transform the experience for our Provider Partners, Customers and employees.

  Possess sound knowledge of Pega platform software, functional design, and frameworks to be able to provide Pega solutioning expertise to stakeholders.

  Experience in process modeling with in-depth knowledge on BPMN specifications

  Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging Pega.

  Understand business process and business requirements and translating them to complete requirements artifacts such as user stories.

  Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to including management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.

  Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

  Design rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

  Function as a Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.

  Effectively communicate with business and delivery teams to deliver user interface requirements using UI mock-ups or wireframes.

  Understand interface /integration technologies and define the requirements.

  Understanding business processes and translate into technical specifications.

  Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  Possess sound knowledge of system development life cycle concepts.

  Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  3+ years of Pega business analysis experience3+ years experience of working with Agile methodologyPrior hands-on work experience with PegaHS Diploma or GED from accredited institution

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Certified Pega Business ArchitectHealthcare Industry KnowledgeProcess Modelling and Process Improvement Tool ExperienceBachelor's Degree

  Hiring Range:

  Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $91,200 - $131,750All Other Locations (within approved locations): $81,100 - $120,615

  As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.

  In addition to your salary, Healthfirst offers employees a full range of benefits such as, medical, dental and vision coverage, incentive and recognition programs, life insurance, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Healthfirst believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package wherever its employees work and live.

  The hiring range is defined as the lowest and highest salaries that Healthfirst in "good faith" would pay to a new hire, or for a job promotion, or transfer into this role.
