Job Description
This is r a "Level 3" PC Tech who will be responsible for performing DMAC duties such as; deployments, moves, adding PC’s and printers to the network and changes. They will also be working with users to coordinate moves. They will not be responsible for any user support unless it is a post-move support.
Responsibility includes:
Inventory/asset management using Remedy ticking system, USMT, and SCCM
Deployments/post-deployment support and end user refresh experience
Communicate with internal bank LOBs, coordinators and end users
Detailed oriented documentation and organization for daily reporting to Management
-Candidates must be flexible with working evenings and weekend for projects when necessary.
-Candidates must be reliable and very organized.
-There will be training provided the first couple of weeks.
-Techs are expected to be proficient and manage their own ticket portfolios within the first few months.
-We need a self starter and someone who can keep “find things to work on”.
-This team is very busy and we need someone who can be proactive about finding work instead of having to always be told what to do.
**There is an administrative piece to this role, including heavy documentation and organization. Candidates must be detail oriented as a result
