  Position Summary

  Would you like to join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, on our multifaceted Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Strategic Financial Initiatives team? This high impact individual contributor role is critical to how we're expanding in the healthcare and PBM industry.

  As the Pricing Strategy Manager, you will utilize your skills in relationship and stakeholder management, complex problem solving, critical thinking, project management, process improvement, and technical knowledge to drive new pricing strategies from identification to implementation quickly & efficiently for PBM client contracts.

  Some of your key responsibilities will include:Defining and utilizing a clear prioritization mechanism to ensure the highest value, highest impact pricing strategies are cross-functionally driven to implementationLeading and facilitating regular communication with appropriate cross-functional teams to ensure high priority pricing strategies are implemented by the aligned dateLearning new strategies regularly to effectively assist with creating new jobs aids & presentations for pricing strategy implementationsCollaborating with partners to maintain the existing library of job aids and ensuring they're refreshed and up to dateProviding clear action items, owners, and dependencies / risk mitigation needed to bring a pricing strategy to implementation; creatively solving for roadblocks and following up with necessary partners to obtain updates or assist where appropriateManaging tight deadlines and "doing" some of the cross-functional work when neededIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changesSupporting production functions, including Salesforce case management and implementationSupporting audits and other duties as assigned / determined by business needsYou will be successful if:You have a strong sense of urgency and desire to drive action items to closureYou handle ambiguity gracefully, can organize chaos for others, and are comfortable wearing multiple hatsYou're eager to learn about the constantly evolving PBM business: you seek to fully understand the pricing strategies you facilitate to implementation, so you can assist with accurate job aid creation, present information, and join forces effectivelyYou embrace challenges, critical thinking, and complex problem solving.Your co-workers would call you resilient, persistent, and motivated.You build and maintain strong relationships, and skillfully influence up, down and acrossYou're a self-starter; you take initiative and are solution-focusedYou're self-aware of limitations and demonstrate resourcefulness to find better processes when hitting roadblocks or inefficienciesYou appreciate and seek diverse perspectives and feedbackRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in a healthcare company / corporate role with success dependent on cross-functional partnerships1+ years of experience managing complex projects in a highly matrixed environmentHigh proficiency with Microsoft Suite to drive efficiency and collaborationCultivate and maintain relationships with key internal partnersPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of PBM pricing strategies, managed care, or prescription drug industryExperience with SalesforceStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting and facilitating to various business groupsProven track record delivering results through othersExperience with success criteria definition / KPI measurementExcellent relationship management and the ability to work within a complex platform and organizational environmentStrong collaboration skills and ability to successfully engage with senior leadersExperience with effective change management and collecting post-implementation feedback for continuous improvement / iterationExperience leading enterprise projects or relevant project management experienceEducation - BS or Equivalent Experience Required

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $60,300.00 - $130,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
