The Chick-fil-A Financial Services Department is responsible for providing payroll services and support for Chick-fil-A franchised and corporate-owned restaurants and processing services for Dwarf House Group restaurants. This is a professional level role that requires a customer service mindset and will be expected to provide 2nd mile service to Franchisees, interim managers, vendors, and internal staff. Responsibilities
Specialist, Restaurant Payroll Services:
Serve as direct Payroll Services Specialist for an assigned number of Chick-fil-A Franchised restaurants for system and process troubleshooting and support. Communicate and respond timely and effectively to Franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proactively identify and recommend enhancements and change opportunities for current processes. Provide support for daily payroll processing inquiries and W2 adjustment requests. Provide oversight and assurance of payroll completion and process support. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to identify trends and speak to comprehensive perspective of Restaurant Payroll Services.
Sr. Specialist, Restaurant Payroll Services:
Serve as direct Payroll Services Specialist for an assigned number of Chick-fil-A Franchised restaurants for system and process troubleshooting and support. Act as primary liaison and relationship manager between Franchisee groups and their respective benefit partners Proactively engage, solution, and communicate with Operators and benefit vendors; provide bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to vendors. Provide oversight, process assurance, and support of retirement benefit offerings for Chick-fil-A Restaurants. Evaluate, recommend, and champion health and welfare benefit solutions when considering future restaurant payroll processes, integrations, and enhancements.
Specialist, STC Brands
Responsible for full scope of biweekly payroll solutions and processing, including unscheduled special payroll runs as needed for STC Brands restaurants Ensure state tax and wage hour rules, including tips and multiple wage rates are applied correctly STC Brands payroll liaison to STC Brands restaurant HR Directors Enter all payroll related changes and respond to employee inquiries (e.g., changes to pay rates, address changes, tax changes, bonuses, expense reimbursements, deductions, etc.) Garnishment and Income Verifications: Input data regarding garnishment notices; process and respond to wage-related employment for restaurant team members Paid time off tracking: Maintain paid time off data per DHG policies Annual W-2 preparation for all DHG, LLC employees
