Tasks
Delivering payroll-related tasks in accordance with regulations and overseeing maintenance of payroll recordsMonthly and year-end closing of assigned Company CodesActioning the payroll run in selected months during the yearHandling employee inquiries, internal stakeholders and authoritiesSupporting with annual processes such as bonus and salary reviewAssisting with internal, external and statutory auditsDriving and contributing to continuous improvement projects within area of responsibilityCollaborating closely with the team, across teams in HR Operations / HR Functions / HRBPs
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/PayrollUnderstanding of Swiss payroll; tax, social security & labor lawSolid SAP HR skills (incl. OM)Strong analytical, problem solving, control and customer servicing skills desiredProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and effectively drive resultsProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and OutlookSound knowledge of German and English
