About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, validating, and ensuring the accurate disbursement of employee payments in alignment with instructions and adjustments from the People Ops Team. The Payroll Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining precise records and data, guaranteeing that payroll deductions and reporting adhere to local requirements in the respective countries.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and process payroll for employees in the EMEA region Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data Ensure accuracy of calculation for local/statutory reporting and compliance Work closely with the payroll vendor and other third parties to ensure a smooth monthly process Provide internal and external reports, supports audits as needed Maintain the internal payroll manual, update any changes in process and detailing new processes Address employee inquiries/requests, escalating as needed Ensure best practice in day to day activities Continue to optimize business processes What you’ll need Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in EMEA payroll administration is a plus.
