Overall Job Summary: The Payroll Reporting/Systems Manager is responsible for the management of data integrity, security access, payroll and Time & Attendance systems' set up, data collection for various reports, and T&A and payroll related training.
This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus New Jersey Office within our Payroll Department , under the Finance function. This role reports to our US Payroll Manager and has the following direct reports Time & Attendance/Training Specialist, Audit/Reconciliation Coordinator, and Report Specialist.
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to*:
Manage the creating and/or modifying payroll and T&A system set up to support business needsMonitor/audit data in payroll integration files, ensuring data accuracy that are imported from People Data and Scheduling (WFO) system.Analyze payroll and T&A functional requirements, define standards and procedures for validating data integrity and operational viability of existing business processes.Manage and monitor user access of payroll and T&A systems based on position, including creating, updating, and deleting usersCreate and maintain custom reports for various periodical audits, mandatory reports, etc.Partner with other stake holders, such as HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Controlling, and Technology teams to ensure all payroll associated procedures and documentation are maintained according to evolving business requirements and explore opportunities to enhance the delivery of Payroll related services.Lead activities related to the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and implementations, including drive end-user testing.Work with technical teams to investigate and determine root cause analysis on application issues, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies. Recommend and implement appropriate workarounds to complete functional/technical service requests.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or related work experience4-6 year of managing HRIS/Payroll system with large retail organizationExperience in payroll and T&A systems implementation requiredExperience with multiple payroll and T&A systems highly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in excel and power pointAbility to communicate well with various departments and head quarter officeAbility to deal with fast-paced environment and to multitaskAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality

Compensation: Hiring Range is $110,599 - $124,424 Salary
