Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Manage/coordinate initiatives/projects by getting involved & working with key business partners in order to achieve successful results within a given project schedule, support the knowledge transfer & internal Project Managers development by designing & communicating Project Management Best Practices to boost the PM agile adoption in the GBS Control
Your Impact
As an Payroll Project Manager your responsibilities would consist of:
Support the knowledge & tranning strategy for leverage the GBS Control PM-NetworkSupport the planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing of projects; Set the automation and productivity agendaCollaborate within large, transformative, initiatives/projects that impact multiple business servicesSupport the identification & management of the critical path & milestones of a project scheduleSupport the risks identification that impact a project & the risk response plan for the resolution/path to green.Closely monitor project progress & ensure timely completionSupport the communication of status & issues to stakeholders in a timely mannerPrepare & report project status on regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholdersMonitoring of the AOP, Investment, and Project Benefits. Support the Benefits Realization planning/identification, follow-up & reporting activities
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelors in Management, Economics or Engineering (systems or related)
Experience
2 years of experience in project coordination and implementationKnowledge in project methodologies (L6S, Scrum, PMO, Agile). Certification desirable.Project Management Information system (PMIS), like MS Project or similarAdvanced Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Power BI)Mapping / process documentation (flowcharts, Hand Off, procedures, politics, etc.) abilitiesIntermediate EnglishAdvance office suit including Visio, Project, AccessVBA, UI Path, SAP (preferably)
