JOB TITLE: Payroll & HR Specialist
REPORTS TO: Director, Human Resources & Installation
LOCATION: This is an in-office position at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH 45241.
Position Summary
The role of the Payroll & HR Specialist is to provide accurate payroll administration and processing for all employees and support various administrative & accounting functions within the organization. At least three years' experience with processing payroll is required. Familiarity with other aspects of HR such as benefits, compliance, employee leave, etc. will be beneficial for this role. The ability to communicate and work well with others, produce accurate work product and maintain absolute confidentiality is a must.
