　　Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely mannerCollect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employeesWork out social funds, tax and national insurance deductionsProcess new employees and employment terminations paperworkMaintain a high degree of service and confidentiality

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　Certified Payroll ControllerAt least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies - MustDeep knowledge of Excel - MustCan-do positive approachDeep knowledge of Hilan - MustDeep knowledge of Priority - MustAbility to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functionsTimesheet tracking analysis; includes follow up with employees and managers for timely entry and approvalAble to work and solve issues independently and creatively; escalate as appropriateMulti tasker and able to work in fast scale organizationEnglish at a high standard
