　　About the Team:

　　The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Assist in performing daily payroll department operations;

　　- Assist with the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information;

　　- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;

　　- Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs.

　　Qualifications

　　- Minimum of 3-5 years of in-house payroll experience;

　　- Hands on, basic functional knowledge and a minimum 1-3 years payroll operation/tax experience in Brazil payroll;

　　- Strong vendor management and project management skills;

　　- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
