From your PASSION to ours
ThePayroll Analystwill report directly to the Associate Manager, Payroll and will be a member of the Shared Services Payroll Team, responsible for the accurate processing and recording of the company’s various US payrolls, assuring adherence by all entities to established policy and procedures. In addition, the Payroll Analyst will work closely with all members of the Shared Services Team, multiple HR functions, and various USA businesses.

Requirements
Key responsibilities for this position include:
· Responsible for the preparation and processing, and/or final review of weekly/biweekly payrolls for over 4000 employees
· Import time and attendance transactions from UKG/Kronos into Paylocity system for payroll processing. Review data for accuracy and completeness by balancing batch totals.
· Format and upload all import data from various locations. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports. Submit all payrolls upon approval of management.
· Audit offsite location payroll changes. Process all status changes for sites as assigned, including new hire processing and termination, as well as changes of status and rate of pay.
· Understand and leverage HR systems functionality to accurately review payroll, share best practices, and support HR Administrators across all businesses.
· Provide assistance in key payroll projects and follow-through to complete on time and with accuracy.
· Assist and advise management in analysis of complex payroll problems and ad hoc reports and calculations.
· Assist Accounting with monthly bank reconciliation for off-cycle transactions, such as tax adjustments.
· Process garnishments in accordance with compliance standards; provide support with review.
· Provide back up support to Payroll Administrator and Assoc. Manager – Payroll.
· Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
· Associates degree or equivalent experience required;
· Bachelors degree or higher preferred; or equivalent experience to include a minimum of five (5) years job related experience
Experience
· 5+ years related experience required, preferably in Payroll or HRIS
· Experience in multi-state payroll preferred
Specialized Knowledge
· HR Information Systems required; Paylocity and UKG/KRONOS preferred
· Employment and Labor Law, specifically FLSA
Skills / Abilities
· Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize
· Ability to generate reports and complete calculations
· Maintain strict confidentiality
Salary Description
$60,000-$65,000
