Payroll Analyst
Job Description:
You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for over 30 countries across Europe.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Process payroll each pay period in a timely manner.Audit data inputs for accuracy and make any necessary corrections.Review payroll reports for accuracy and submit for sign-off.Maintain daily relationships with the external payroll providers.Work closely with the Compliance Department to receive the relevant advice.Work with the payroll providers to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to rectify any payroll related issues.Answer complex queries from employees and managers.Update and create procedures and checklists for the assigned countries.Work with Accounting and Treasury for the payroll posting and payroll payments.Maintain time and absence system for the assigned countries.Maintain pension related data in close collaboration with external pension providers.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to payroll and time tracking and absences.Participate in interesting payroll related projects.Perform other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have previous experience within the Payroll, Finance or HR area.You speak English on B2/C1 level.You speak another European language - this would be a strong advantage.You have strong analytical skills and pay attention to details.You work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.You feel comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and with tight deadlines.You know how to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work effectively.You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.You have a very good knowledge of Excel.You are open-minded and focused on process improvements.You can make independent decisions.
