The Payroll Analyst will deliver against the strategies and programs as determined by Region and Corporate Functions, as well as their Team Lead and Payroll Lead. Supports the administration of payroll services and processes for the countries within area of responsibility. As part of the GBS team, they will provide outstanding support to our employees, assigned by line leadership and functional teams as needed for their assigned countries.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day transactions, data entry, time processing, payroll changes, payroll processing and distribution.Participate in projects related to our scope of services.Analytical and customer service skills are key for the success of this role, as well vision to identify process improvement opportunities, and implement them.Responsible to provide any documentation for all Payroll audits ensuring deliverables on time.Responsible to support PY Team on accruals and reconciliation Payroll accounting.Deliver timely and accurately any documentation for labor processes after employee's termination.Responsible to execute payroll processes and analyze payroll calculations for on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) and any exceptions requests for the countries they own.Having control of all the payroll incidences to be processed on time and accurately, as well as adhering to the Payroll calendar events accordingly.Responsible for providing Payroll guidance to the employees within their defined scope and responding to all inquiries within service level agreements.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, human relations, business administration or related.At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll Relevant experience in local payroll projects or local HR project initiativesAccounting experience is a plusExcel knowledge is mandatoryManaging high quality customer service delivery and performance driven by SLAs and metrics.Vendor Relationship management experienceDrive for results, action oriented.Political savvy, networking and influencing skills with demonstrated results
