JOB SUMMARY:
Acts as a liaison between Client Hiring Manager/Key Personnel and Contracted Suppliers for order management, candidate or project submission, vendor management system tool management and reporting/analytics
In addition, this position acts as the first level of support for client requisition training and inquiries on matters such as pay/bill and assignment extensions or terminations for all assigned accounts
Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Responsibilities:
Client relationship as needed to achieve desired Service Level Metrics and develop additional business opportunities as available. Will be working with VP’s and senior level management.
Receive, review/screen all candidates or outsourced contingent or Statement of Work (SOW) projects submitted by various recruiting and consulting resources, submit to client and enter the data into the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS)
Act as liaison between client and contracted Suppliers in order to facilitate interview and hiring process or delivery of a contingent or outsourced project (SOW)
Ensure client spend and system access approval is received and tracked appropriately
GP/Revenue Responsibility:
Achieve desired results as defined by annual account budget
Ensure timesheets and project logs are submitted, approved and processed in a timely manner in order to realize all revenue opportunities
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree requiredEXPERIENCE:
5+ years of related experience in staffing, recruiting, or sourcing role required
2+ years of prior MSP account management preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
Advanced MS Excel- Will be using pivot tables and v-lookup
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a project plan
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals
Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
Ability to facilitate a significant sourcing event and procure staffing or IT Project services
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage outspoken Clients and Suppliers when necessary
Strategic and able to focus on tasks or projects which will improve the program delivery overall
Industry expert able to bring new initiatives and ideas to the client and internal teams

The base salary range for this position is $48,925 to $69,700.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
