Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will support the execution of CMS plans for the International Market Business Unit as part of the corporate CMS initiative which is highly critical and visible within the organization and provide support for the Americas regional team in International Markets. For the CMS, you will work with cross functional teams including BRIC, CMS Central, BRO, Network Standards and Compliance, Compliance advisors, and IM regional teams and more on an ongoing collaboration to execute the tasks assigned to you. In addition, you will support defining the processes, monitoring and tracking methodologies, and support creating reports to key stakeholders on CMS plan activities. The role will also work with ISE team to implement the processes and to continue to monitor the progress ongoing. For the Americas regional team PMO, you will work closely with regional sales team supporting the various activities related to the business in the region, including but not limited to reporting, invoice processing, incentive forecast management, monitoring key contracts, creating, and facilitating training to sales teams.
Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Manages all aspects of the project over its entire life including: the initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources accordingly.
Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicates statuses to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications

Banking, Payments, or related experience with strong knowledge on payments processes and businesses
Effective written and verbal communication with all stakeholders including leadership.

Agile and/or Kanban

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
