Fast paced Contact Center environment, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Clinics. Delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information with regards to appointments, messages, or general questions.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Telephone Customer Service experience, or Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, or Previous Healthcare experience.
Other Skills and Knowledge: Data Entry, ability to multi-task, ability to take direction, professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude, type 60 wpm.

THIS IS NOT AN IMMEDIATE WORK FROM HOME POSITION: Opportunity to earn Work From Home following the completion of the on-site training (3-4 months) + in-office experience and once quality goals are met.
GOALS: Schedule Adherence: 90%, Schedule Conformance: 98%, Average Wrap: 30 seconds or less, Call Quality Evaluations: 90%, Scheduling Errors Review, Completing Patient Access Onboarding Training/Close Training Gaps, Attendance.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience - call center role preferred
Experience in a role where a computer was used on a daily basis - in absence of this experience candidates need to complete a typing test with at least 40 WPM and send over the results.
Healthcare Industry Experience - Highly Preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
Pay: $16.00-$18/hr based on healthcare experience, candidates will need at least 5+ years for $17/hr and 10+ for $18/hr.
Schedule: The hours are M-F 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM for this role. Are you available to be scheduled for work Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM? Are you open to working Saturdays if needed? Candidates will work an 8 hour shift but need to be flexible between the hours of 7am-7pm.
