Description:
This clinic offers Indiana’s most comprehensive treatment for eating disorders in adolescents and adults. The center treats patients from across Indiana with conditions such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other types of eating disorders.
Facilitates patient flow from point of entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Interviews patient/patient representative to confirm demographic, financial and clinical information
Performs insurance eligibility verification for specific services
Maintains customer focus during phone conversations
Greets patients and business partners with professionalism and courteousness
Facilitates copay collection conversations with patients
Ensures complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner

Preferred Skills Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service (working in a role that requires a high level of empathy)
High School Diploma
Hours
Center is open from 6:30am-6pm
