Job Description
Insight Global Health is looking for a remote Patient Care Coordinator who lives 50 miles from the Irvine/LA area. This PCC will be responsible for working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, completing 20-30 outreach calls per day. This PCC will also be making post-discharge calls and assisting with Health Risk Assessments, so a strong understanding of medical equipment is required. We are looking for a self-motivated, professional employee who can work with different demographics in all states (ex: homelessness, mental illness, and substance abuse).
Skills and Requirements
2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Care Coordinator
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent computer skills and communication (comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, Chrome, and EMR systems)
Experience with making post-discharge calls
High school diploma - Bilingual null
