JOB SUMMARY:
Duties will include but not limited to providing direct support to warehouse by providing positive leadership and supervision of warehouse employees. Responsible for motivating employees and always maintaining morale to ensure high performance levels. This position t rains and develops employees to ensure the warehouse functions at the highest level of efficiency, filling in any area as needed and ensures compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures are met. Help unload, check in and put away all parts. Including organizing and locating new stock. Pull parts and get them ready to ship for will call, delivery drivers, UPS, and shuttle parts. Unload sort and package brake shoe cores for return in the warehouse. Count, write up, and package Paccar, CAT, and Cummins core returns. Handle all warranty needs, which include taking pictures, getting serial numbers, packaging, and shipping, and scraping out parts when needed. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness. Will assist in counting of physical inventory.

Must have good communication skills with internal and external customers. Must be detailed and organized with all paperwork. Must have good time management skills as the daily work can change several times throughout the day. Works with employees, possesses the drive to pitch in and exhibit to others a willingness to get the job done.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma/GED ; Three - Five years of prior experience in a Warehouse Lead, Operations or Logistics environment; Basic computer skills. Proven working experience as a warehouse employee, with experience in shipping and receiving. Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working in a team environment. Previous leadership experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Lifting/Carrying 50 lb. Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal; Repetitive Motions; Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
