Title: Partnership Marketing Analyst or Sr. Analyst

About the role:
Enova is seeking a marketer to bolster customer growth via third-party partnerships, like LendingTree. The ideal candidate will promptly establish and sustain relationships with these vendors, continuously analyzing and enhancing the efficacy of each partnership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer acquisition campaigns with lead providers and affiliates, from initiation to execution. Maintain consistent communication with lead providers and affiliates via status calls and reports Inspire partners to innovate and implement creative tests for growth and customer enhancement Deliver actionable insights based on results Recommend improvements and refined testing strategies Define advertising terms, including payouts, placements, and filters Track daily metrics to spot opportunities or issues, and take swift corrective actions Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring alignment with internal teams Provide weekly performance insights to the Marketing Manager and leadership Draft strategies for testing and optimizations Oversee invoicing and ensure timely payouts to partners Aid in the rollout of new products This revision focuses on clarity and brevity, facilitating a straightforward understanding of the responsibilities Requirements:
2+ years in marketing or business roles like strategy or operations (financial services a plus) Critical thinking to enhance processes and measure impact on business performance Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions (familiarity with Excel, visualization tools, and SQL a plus) Experience working with varied teams, such as Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and external vendors, to achieve business goals Ability to operate as an owner by setting, sticking to, and conveying clear timelines Eager to learn and embrace industry changes, innovate, and offer solutions to everyday customer challenges Benefits & Perks:
