About the role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to various aspects of partnership management, onboarding, sales support, account management, testimonials, partnership operations, and newsletters? As our Partnership Client Relations Manager, you will be at the heart of our collaborative efforts, where your exceptional organizational and communication skills will shine, and your ability to interact with partners and internal teams will make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
New Partner Onboarding (15%)
Set up affiliate partners, including Asana ticket management, reporting setup, and landing pages.Assist in the finance setup of new partners, including gathering necessary documents (e.g., W-9, I-9, Driver's License).Introduce partners to our platform, landing pages, and assist in gathering their financial information.Configure billing terms and invoicing cadence for each partner.Attend new partner meetings and introduction calls to initiate the setup process.
Partnership Sales Support (20%)
Assist in scripting and provide templates for sales or Customer Service for outbound referrals.Advise on content creation strategies and email campaigns for inbound referrals.Execute and track Customer Service team reporting for outbound campaigns.Prepare campaign performance reports, both for internal and partner-facing purposes.
Partnership Account Management (20%)
Provide semi-monthly revenue reporting on Monetization Referral Grid.Facilitate partner invoice processing for bi-directional referral programs.Conduct monthly check-in calls with key partners to share performance updates and present new Biz2Credit updates/opportunities.Utilize Power BI for tracking MTD progress and reporting to support monthly meetings.Collaborate with the Data Science team to submit analytical requests to optimize campaign strategies and improve performance.Proficiently implement marketing campaigns targeted towards new prospective partners by utilizing ZoomInfo and Zoho CRM.
Testimonials (25%)
Contact clients to gauge their interest in arranging a filmed interview.Coordinate interview schedules between clients and independent contractors.Receive video edits and draft write-ups, including full and 300-word versions.Edit and compile materials for posting.
Partnership Operations (20%)
Collaborate with the Product team in creating, facilitating, and managing inquiries, leads, and tasks from prospective businesses (non-broker).Reach out to prospective businesses to assess their affiliate viability and convert them for director review.Draft email templates, call scripts, and client correspondence materials.
Requirements
4 years or more of proven experience in partnership management, account management, or business development.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in tools like Asana, Power BI, and CRM systems.Previous experience in Partnership/Marketing coordination or a similar role is preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range
