  • 仕事内容

  • 市場の動向と社内の戦略を理解した上で日本/韓国で求められるSalesforce人材の需要を様々なセグメント毎に予測し、その需要に応えるためのパートナーイネーブルメントに責任を持ちます。

  • エコシステム全体並びにパートナー各社毎の人材育成に関する課題をパートナーと対話しながら深く理解し、解決するエキスパートとしての役割を持ちます。

  • 社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、役割別、製品別、スキル別のトレーニングの開発、提供、運用を実施します。

  • パートナーのキャパシティ、ケーパビリティを定量的に評価できる環境を作り、定性的な情報も加味した上で課題を特定し、その課題に対する解決策の企画• 実行を担います。

  • 必須条件

  • SIプロジェクト経験やITサービス業界の理解や経験

  • 社内外の組織を動かすコミュニケーションやプロジェクト調整のスキル• 経験

  • 自ら課題を認識し解決に向けて主体的なアクションを取る姿勢

  • 既存の枠組みにとらわれない柔軟な発想力

  • 前例の無い新しいことに積極的に取り組むチャレンジ精神とバイタリティ

  • 日本語に加えてビジネスレベルの英語力

  • 論理的思考を軸とした課題解決能力

  • データの収集• 分析• 可視化による数量分析能力

  • あると望ましいスキル• 経験
