About the role:
As a Partner Success Manager for TestRail, you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and driving mutual growth. You will collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional partner and customer service. Your goal will be to foster long-term partnerships, increase partner satisfaction, and drive adoption and revenue growth through effective relationship management.
What you’ll do:
Identify and recruit new partners, within TestRail’s ideal partner profile.
Build and nurture strong relationships with TestRail partners, including software vendors, resellers, and consultants.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning TestRail's capabilities to meet their needs.
Conduct regular partner meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner success and revenue growth.
Ensure partners have access to the necessary resources such as sales enablement and training materials and promote TestRail’s partner certification.
Develop strategies and initiatives to increase TestRail usage and expand customer accounts through partners.
Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner margins, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new partner opportunities.
Work closely with TestRail's customer success and support teams to resolve partner-related issues promptly and effectively.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management roles in the software industry.
Familiarity of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
Nice to have :
Familiarity with TestRail or similar test management software is preferred.
